How I Started:
Started in high school like most alphas, and continued from there. I weighed 155 Lbs when I graduated high school. By the time I was 21, I was still at an abysmal 160. It was then, that I really looked into bodybuilding and got a good understanding of how to put muscle mass on. I haven't looked back since.
Why I Love It:
Gotta have the beach body. I was always a twig growing up. None of the women(who call themselves men) in my family have a body worth taking to the beach.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking into mirrors and then watching "Pumping Iron."
BB Accomplishments:
Going from 180 to 220 in under a five month span and body fat only going from 8.5% to 11.5%...naturally.

I want my chest and triceps to be proportionate to the rest of my body. I have upped the ante to targeting these muscles twice a week, instead of just once.
