I lost 150 pounds on Weight Watchers and then started Body For Life to build muscle. I decided Body For Life wasn't for me, I needed something more.
Why I Love It:
I love the sense of accomplishment it gives me, and I love watching myself transform.

I have to say CONGRATULATIONS on such an AMAZING weight loss of 150lbs...you should be very proud of yourself....it takes a strong and determined person to take charge of their body and loose weight...good luck with your goals!
