Description: 495lbs (reversed blues). Easily could have had 5 reps, but the band slipped. Using bands every third workout has resulted in huge strength gains for me in the past 3 months. This Friday I will attempt a personal record for squats of 405lbs X 8 (free weight (no smith/no bands)).
