I broke this leg clean when I was 13. Compound fracture of the femur. They cut me at the hip and drilled the bone to place a metal rod down the centre. I was walking 6 weeks later on crutches. My left leg was broken in two places and jagged fractures so they had to cut my thigh right open and drill a metal plate on the femur to construct it back. To this day my right leg is 2 in larger than my left and my left compensates by being more toned.

Just finishing another bulk. Currently 222lbs, which is only 5lbs lighter than I was when I first started in December. So I thought I would put up a "front relaxed" pose for direct comparison to that first picture.

On current diet and training got these results. Sept 03 221lbs 19.6% body fat.
Sept 29 219lbs 16.8% body fat.
Oct 05 216lbs 15.0% body fat.
Body fat change. -10.9lbs
Lean body mass change. +5.6lbs.

Holding water and puffed from carbs. Finished with my cut for now. Plan to bulk up to 230 without gaining more than 1 pound of fat.

Finishing the 3rd week of another bulk. Will bulk for another 5 weeks until I'm well steadily above 230. Then back on another 6 week cut.

Been cheating on the weekends for the past 4 weeks...holiday season you know. So although my LBM is higher than ever in my life..my body fat has gone up a percent or two. Nothing I can't take care of inside of a week or two.

I just finished dropping as of today 18lbs of fat.
I've just started carb loading this week and have not had a "High Carb" day yet. So I'm still a little flat.
Also, unfortunately, my skin is very loose . Especially around my waist where I have lost a lot of inches. Being realistic with myself I expect this to take at least the rest of the year to tighten up.
So here I am at ~10% bf (Ave. of 9% by jackson 7-site 9.0%, jackson 3-site 11.35%, parillo 9-site 10.5%)
With the loose skin I know I don't look 10% bf, but the calipers don't lie. I use two sets of calipers and measure consistently between +/- 1mm and take an average of 5 readings.

Lacking especially in back width. I'm doing a lot of wide-grip and parallel grip pull ups, as well as high cable rows to make try and bring this up.

This is actually 2lbs heavier than the first picture. I'm still fat as hell, but I've never been this lean at 225lbs.
