Thanks for saying that. I do have to really work on chest and lower Ab fat. But, I'm not in a rush. I'm most interested in squatting 495lbs for reps.

Interesting...that online test is very accurate. Gives me 14.3% today, and Parillo 9-site skin fold gives me 14.4%. Still 12% is an excellent bodyfat for gaining muscle. Just ease back on the calories a little but not too much so you stay at 12%. You'll be 190lbs in not time!
