How I Started:
I'm pretty late in the game compared to most other teenagers, which in a way lit a fire inside me. I knew the work Id have to put in, but it took off from there. I started to like working out and started looking forward to it.
Why I Love It:
Its an addiction. Every night when I go to sleep, I go through today's workout in my head and plan the next day's session.
How I Stay Motivated:
I realize the progress that Ive made and know what I can do when I putt my full effort into my workouts. Once that happens, you get the results you are looking for.
