2x15 leg extensions 100lb.
2x15 leg curls 100lb
Here we go...
H.I.T Quads
Leg Extensions: 80lbs 30reps
Leg press: 800lbs 8reps
Hack Squats: 225 12 Reps
Repeat 4x without rest.

You are an inspiration. There's a picture of you over one of the leg press machines at the gym I workout at. Whenever I think I'm spent, I look at that picture and there's no way I can quit. Thanks big man
