Overall Goal: Well I would have to say that I'm weakest in my calves. So I've been torturing them for two weeks now. My goal is to just see some size difference in a month.

Well I would have to say that I'm weakest in my calves. So I've been torturing them for two weeks now. My goal is to just see some size difference in a month.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain 14 lbs by Jan. 1 I'm on the right track right now I've been gaining about 1 lb. per week. I haven't hit a plateau in my lifting. So I think it has something to do with the diet.
Nothing wrong with another inch taller is there? And who knows, maybe the late growth spurt helped with your training as you must still have high levels of growth hormone, etc in your system. For calves I find that low reps and high weight works well for me. I know a lot of guys think you have to really go with high reps, but for size I train them like any other muscle and it seems to work. Which are you doing now?
Impressive weight gain over the past year - I hope it's what you were going for and is solid weight. Of course, what I'm more interested in is how you managed to grow an inch taller last year too (lol)! Good luck with your calves - what kind of workout are you doing for them? Keep up the great work!
