Its getting there, its a slow process, I need a little bit more patience but I am definitely making progress. The training is easy for me, i love it, having such a strict diet is the tough part. How about you, I', thinking about doing a contest one day but probably in 2011 not 2010.

hey, hope the training has been good, i'm going to be in Montana in december and plan on snowboarding for the first time so i have been doing a lot of balance work, i'm gonna freeze, its in the 80's here right now. good luck in your upcoming comp

lookin huge man, your definitely my inspiration on this site, just joined LA Fitness for a fresh start, gonna kill it, trying to pull off workin out two times a day like you. what are your splits?

how did that 300 workout turnout? I did the means health one in 22 min and the jmu one in 34, atleast i kept it under my goal of 35 but man it was brutal

thanks! coming from someone who is such an inspiration on this site really means a lot to me. Your transformation is truly inspirational, how have you been feeling lately i read on the body group you couldnt work out for a week

Hey man, thanks for the add, you are in ridiculous shape,I'm going to try to get my back to get the smallest resemblance of yours, mad props! Tryin to cut down some pounds to get the abs poppin out like yours, any tips?

Eric, whats up man its been a while, I haven't really been on the site in some time. I have been crazy busy with school and work but I have found time to stay in the gym. Some months more than others but that will happen. How has your training been, your lookin good man

ya its for cutting, i keep reading don't go past 3 hrs in between meals so i made them at 3 hr gaps, but ill probably buy some protein bars and throw those in there sometime during the day

haha no man I actually laughed when I saw that. I was on vacation and was staying at my grandparents house and of course they didnt have the internet. This first week back I was not my usual self it sucked, kinda easing myself back into it so I am able to move the next day you know? This monday though it is on! Hows your training been, congrats on reaching your goal!!!

Whats going on man, just watched your workout video, looks pretty frickin insane, I switched over to this get lean lifting routine, not feeling it. I am going to be developing my own diet and my own workout routine and document everything on here. Hopefully some people may find it useful. To many people on this site now won't help you unless you pay them. Last time I checked this site was made to help people just for the satisfaction you get. Keep up the good work man!

good, I just started my cutting phase and have been running in the morning and eating healthy so I'm already down a few pounds after the first week! 15 more to go! I'm bout to go to the gym now, talk to you later!
