Started early in high school and have been on and off and now I am fully dedicated and have no more distractions keeping me from my goals.
Why I Love It:
Seeing my body change and knowing that it is all because of the effort I put in. I have more energy during the day now that my diet is healthy.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing gains in my body keep me wanting more. Also everybody working out in a University gym is in great shape so it helps keep my workout intensity up. Take before and after pictures and document your diet and training so you know if something is working or it is not. Don't be lazy!
OK so I have been working out on and off for a while now. I started working out freshman year of high school and bought a couple of muscle and fitness magazines. I got pretty serious my sophomore year of college but then had some bad influences around me which kind of but a damper on my goal....

Just ensure you have a good diet in check. Get on a solid training program as well. I've gotten GREAT results with high weight low reps and alternating between barbell and dumbells every few weeks.
Yes no carbs after 7..When I was leaning out I did my training on an empty stomach. I have been eating clean for months..so you are guaranteed results. That will just speed up the fat burning process. Now that I am at 5 % I take in carbs before my workout for glycogen storage. It wont affect my bodyfat cause my metabolism is in check.
Wow Bill, you have been keeping up with training. You are a fricken beast. You were before but dang brother. Looking mad sick huge and ripped in the back. Nice jod. Im doing good, im back to trainining since getting ditched after 6 months training a kid. Im good and l feel im makings some gains after losing so much. Im glad you are doing well and sticking to it. You can eat many kinds of nuts. Peanuts, pecans, walnuts, almonds. You can mix them with banana chips, raisin, cranberries, or any othe dried fruit, and add some high grain granola to make a trail mix. Its really good too. Ot you can have a pb&j on honey wheat too. Those are some great snacks to munch on and will keep your metabolism going. Try to eat small meals or snack every 2 hrs. Its better for you. Let me know what you think.
Err, is that the cutting diet? Either way, you have alot of time laspes between meals. You need to incoporate some small light meals insead of the 2-3 hr gaps. You need to keep the metabolism going. The diet looks good, but it depends on what you are trying to accomplish. Let me know if I make sense and your goal.
I been real good bro. Glad you have a sense of humor. Im doing ok, I guess. I going through partner withdrawl. I hate having workout partners. But I do think im growing cause my shirts are getting smaller. So when you posting new pics. You holdin out on showing off all your stuff. Cause, I know you are incredible with that huge shoulder and all..lol. So you get back into your routine. The time off will make you even bigger. You rock Errdew.
