How I Started:
well im not trying to become a bodybuilder, but i do want to become a personnel trainer or nutritionist, maybe both! i just had my baby in July, and was 128 before i was preggo, i gained 34 pounds, but fortunately it just melted away after giving birth. I thought i was chunky before when i was 128, and im now 123, and i have a very small frame, so i think i could be 115 and be fine.
Why I Love It:
I love how much energy i have after a good workout. I love to sweat!!
How I Stay Motivated:
i remember that eating isnt just for pleasure, food is to keep you alive. So that helps me pass on the dough nuts, i also remember what a great body i had and how healthy and strong i was when i played soccer and exercised regularly.
BB Accomplishments:
none, when im able to do 10 full push ups, that will be an accomplishment for me!!!
