How I Started:
well for a while i wanted to start lifting but there were no gym around my area that i liked. until my sister told me about a gym she was interested in. so her and i went to check out the gym and really liked it. in the beginning i was just doing what ever because i didn't know what to do and i didn't have any type out routine. so by February i started to do some research on types of routines. until i came up with a routine that worked for me. the routine i created was working but i wast getting a lot of results. that was when i started to drink some protein shakes. ever since i lost about ten pounds and gain some muscle. but now do to school, i need to change my routine so my body wont get use to it.
Why I Love It:
i love working out because, thats a place where i can forget about everything and just focus on my work out.
He is inspirational because it looks like he know a lot about the body and how it works. Also because he is very helpful, he as helped me out. and it just motivates me to have a better body.
No, just before you go to sleep. Casein is a slow absorbing protein, which is what makes it ideal for sleep. Whey should still be your primary source during the day and after workouts.
For casein protein I use ON (Optimum Nutrition). Just drink a serving before you go to sleep. It'll last you a while. When it comes to whey and casein, I'd say ON is one of the better brands.
