How I Started:
I saw how my dad lost almost 100lbs at the gym (and going =D). Made me want to better my body also.
Why I Love It:
It helps me de-stress. I find it a great way to spend free time.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just see the results that I have experienced in such a small time. It motivates me to do better in the long run.

Oh cool, im in Rockville. Mj job takes me to Baltimore sometimes but for the most part i spend my days in and around columbia for work. Im not too much of a fan of outside Cardio so i do think you have some courage for that hot air. I dont balance much of anything besides my desire to eat hah. Then again, now im paying for it for this show :/ later

ok i understand then. I agree that this time and era puts alot of stress on people to be in shape and thin but its very excess compared to the 90's. Hollywood is rubbing off on people the wrong way ya know. :)
