How I Started:
I finally took an honest look at myself in the mirror and couldn't find a single thing I liked anymore. When I was younger, I was an athlete and was in great shape. It was shocking to see what I had let myself become.
Why I Love It:
I have seen some extremely postive changes in my appearance, attitude, and energy level.
How I Stay Motivated:
My results keep me motivated. I can now look in the mirror and see more things I like than dislike.

Competed in the INBF New York State Championships.

amazing physique changes in the last couple of years, have you tried spray tanning yet? It really helps with getting all areas evenly tanned, assuming of course you don't have clothing covering those areas
