I'm proud to say that, while I've never been overweight, for the longest time I was uncomfortable with my size, especially my waste, but then I finally did something about it. I cut out all the junk I was eating and began working out like crazy. I realized that I'm addicted..I can't go more than a few days without hitting the gym.
At first I was really only into running and cardio, but now that I'm 35 pounds lighter, I want to show off some muscles, especially abs.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel awesome about myself. Its really helped me overcome self esteem issues and helps me deal with the stress of schoolwork. I also love looking great in my clothes (And out of them ;)
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by remembering how I used to feel when I was a couch potato, and how much better I look now. Also, sometimes it helps to go to the store and try on new clothes.
BB Accomplishments:
I'm still working on my six pack..give me a break, I'm a newbie! =]
