How I Started:
I have always worked out off and on, but I have never been real disciplined or given it my all. I am ready to get serious, take it to the next level and get in the best shape of my life!!!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel SO much better, more energized and stronger, and really helps me with stress!! (I have 2 boys!)Also knowing that I am changing my body and making it healthier!
How I Stay Motivated:
Reading about other peoples fitness stories and thinking about my own life and family. And I LOVE to read books and magazines on fitness.

TO GET BACK ON TRACK!!!! And to lose 20-30 pounds of fat and totally lean up my body!
Goal (Long):
I would LOVE for once in my life to have a body that I am PROUD of! I have never been really overweight, but I have ALWAYS been self conscious, and a little bigger than I should be with such a small frame. I have worked out off and on since I was 10, starting with playing soccer, but I also eat bad most of the time too, (and I think I have been suffering with that "binge eating" for the last 2 years) so either way I keep myself from reaching my goals.I want to take control of that and now I have 2 kiddos and I'm not having anymore, so I figure NOW is the time to really do it! It's never too late!!! :-D

If you are interested in a program that really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape I suggest you check out Body for Life. It is a 12-week total body transformation program that gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. Let us know if you would like more info.
