well fat loss stalled a bit, but hitting it hard...i'm on my 2nd week of Thib's destroying fat program with lactic acid training...only 50 grams of carbs a day except on weekends is rough, but my body kind of adjusted to it. Keep pushin on man...grindin it out and figuring out your body is part of the insane fun.

good to hear things are going well. training is going great...i need to post a new pic...finished my TBT program, and now I doing a Destroying Fat workout by Christian Thibadeau which has a mix of lactic acid training and heavy 6-8 rep range work...fat loss just started revving up again after stalling out for a while.

Hey! Dieting down for about 8 weeks now, and I just completed a TBT training program by Chad Waterbury. I just started a Destroying Fat Workout designed by Christian Thibideau (T-nation.com writer). Sticking to less than 50 gms of carbs day all post workout in a shake, and 33 grams of fish oil a day. Fat loss has stalled so hopefully this new program will help me restart the energy systems.

good bro...just hitting hard...this TBT workout is a killer...squats supersetted with weighted pullups and bench supersetted with stiff legged deadlifts...3 sets of 15 reps each movement it kills ya...Today I feel good though...Ever feel like your body is releasing lots of GH the day after squatting and deadlifts?

actually I see the supps you are taking currently..i have used all actually...all pretty good stuff...when I finally get down to under 10% bf...man I will do it, I will switch back..i use a couple different variations...btw i hope your grandpa is doing well.

Send me over your diet...workout I'm solid right now making large gains in strength using waterbury's TBT, i will switch it up to a different program once finished with this one. I have 4 more weeks 5 more weeks left. When you plateau try TBT by Waterbury...its intense bro. Are you a T-nation website visitor? if not strongly recommended its awsome. I live on that site as well. What supps are you taking currently? Very good work man I'm impressed.
