How I Started:
I was a 3 sport athlete in high school(soccer, basketball, track) in great shape. I tore my ACL and lost a soccer scholarship,so after high school I put on serious lbs. from drinking and a bad diet in college. I wanted to make a life change and get back into great shape and live a healthy lifestyle.
Why I Love It:
I love everything about it, and its on my mind all day long.
How I Stay Motivated:
I'm competitive and hell and I know I am no where near my goals! Always can get better at what you are doing, no matter who you are.
BB Accomplishments:
I want to compete at some point, but I have a long way to go. Need more mass and lower bf%!

fatty mc fatty before i started hitting the gym af 2 weeks of dieting
FAT FACED ME, MY FRIEND, AND HIS MOM. WOW I DIDN'T REALIZE I WAS SO HEAVY AT THE TIME...I WEIGHED 195 LBS AND FAT!
i hate this phase of leaning out...i look like shit...flat,small and chubby. oh well time will tell.

Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
too heavy deads hurt my back, shoulder press too heavy...that was years ago...lift under control, heavy, but with good form.

Really sticking to my diet...I started a log on Fitday.com so it is easier.  I am consuming all my carbs pre and PWO, only other carbs are veggies.  I have found that as long as I consume carbs around my workout and no other time, and i am keeping my good fat intake high, that I can...

Hey Erik, yeah I know Rockford well, I grew up 60 miles southwest of there in Sterling. My sister actually lived in Rockford for a bit, and we used to go to Cheryvale mall and the golf shack a lot in high school lol. Hope the diet is going well, don't be afraid to keep those carbs around 150 grams, and protein at least 200.

Carb sensitive people eat more than 50grams a day, normal people sniff more than that. I never, under any circumstances recommend less than 100 grams, even 150-200 is still moderate/low. If you want to continue at <100 grams a day, expect non reversible carb sensitivity, and possible big issues with your system in the long run. Eat plain brown rice and tuna, I assure you leaness will come. People blame carbs for no reason.

honestly i wold recommend SPIN and the elyptical challenge. besides those two i dont do cardio but i would recommend its 4 times a week to cut down! -Elijah
