I have practiced the Cheng Man Ch'ing tai chi short form and yoga for a number of years. Since the osteo diagnosis, I have cut out the yoga in favor of weight training, but still do tai chi a few days a week. Over the years I have done some hard martial arts for short periods. What is your take on chi or prana? I'm a skeptic, so it's a strange concept for me.

Thanks alot bud I appreciate that. I have a ways to go before I'm really living the dream. Like most people I have to work long days doing a job I don't like in order to make a living and keep my insurance. Making a living in the bodybuilding industry is tough to do. I've never made a penny doing anything related to bodybuilding, I hope to some day though.
