Today is Shoulders Day

I am just day away from going to train in the ring for several weeks. Today is my focus it is shoulders day. I have recently u my cardio to two hours a day. I will probably notice a slight decline in weight however, I will also be aiming for 12-15 reps on everything instead of 10-12
