I just got started in bodybuilding, i am doing my first show here in a few weeks. I have always loved to work out, I played a lot of sports in highschool. I love being in shape
Why I Love It:
I love the self control it takes, and all the hard work that goes into it, with the diet, cardio, and tranning.

What type of person at your gym annoys you the most? Why?
I love to be pushed and motivated while i am training. But i can't stand when random people try to jump in and preach to you

What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
i would say squats or deadlifts, because not everybody is shown the correct form, and it is easy to want to go heavy!!

The stairmaster! I like the low impact exercise and I burn the most calories

Eric... I see you did well. Nice job on your first show. Did you and I talk at all back statge? I talked to lots of folks (it was fun!). Judges say I have to come in leaner... :)
