How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12 sets of 3. But this number is always changing. This is just how long it takes to fatigue my muscle.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About 15 to 20 seconds. You need that mini break to gear up for the next set. I think this also helps prevent injury.
