How I Started:
I've always been a gym rat. I got into the BEST shape of my life right before getting pregnant last year. Had my baby girl 7 months ago and got back to the gym 4 weeks after giving birth. While pregnant I had to give up working out because of health issues....so I'm FINALLY back in the game.
Why I Love It:
The way it makes me feel. I'm very much into looking my best and being healthy! I eat clean 24/7...I like the way it makes me feel.
How I Stay Motivated:
By always having a goal in mind. I like to change my workouts and keep myself interested. My biggest motivation has to be my husband and my baby girl....I want to always be a good example of good health.
BB Accomplishments:
The six pack I had last year....hoping to get that back very soon! Just being fit....and looking good. I say the more muscle the better!!! Accomplishment I would love one day to achieve is to compete in a fitness competition!

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
12 sets of 3. But this number is always changing. This is just how long it takes to fatigue my muscle.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
About 15 to 20 seconds. You need that mini break to gear up for the next set. I think this also helps prevent injury.

Thanks chickie!!! Actually I haven't used SP250 in awhile. I tried NO Explode and hated it, the taste that is... I have a really high tolerance to supps. I didn't feel anything with either. Now I just get my energy from my pre workout meal, ususlly eaten 1 hour before I train. I just sip on BCAA's during training now. Try X-TEND by Scivaction.. I freeze it before my workout and enjoy a little frozen amino filled slushie while I train:-0

Hey Erika; Checkout the BB.com home page & the Supersite link. Access workouts and exercises links to tailor your own program. If you want to build muscle, try adding weight (for example, if you can do a set of 10 reps at one weight, then increase it by 10 lbs.... push the weight). You can change the weight for each set too. Baby fat? 2/3 of your energy comes from fat, so burn it up with exercise. Be consistent! Best regards, Scott

I know what you mean about slow progress... I've been working hard since Jan., then kicked it up a few more notches this summer. Darn layer of "insulation" just won't leave. : ) I guess the important thing is to keep going cause we feel better for it & time will take care of the rest hopefully.
