How I Started: My boyfriend started motivating me
when i told him my goal and now its all on me. Ive come a long way since then. 41 lbs Baby!
Why I Love It: It makes me feel great to see progress and to know that im DOING something to improve myself
How I Stay Motivated: Fashion keeps me motivated, the better my body looks the better I will look in the clothes i love, and my boyfriend is a big help too.
BB Accomplishments: Well so far I have lost 41 lbs & I am planning to lose 15-20 more

Main Goal: Transform My Body
Goal (Short): My fitness goal is to lose an additional 9 lbs & become a fitness model
Goal (Long): I have always wanted to feel sexy and confident in clothes that appeal to me but I have never really had the dedication or drive to get off my butt and take action, but now that has all changed and im taking control of my life, I want to eventually model. People say I have potential, but im tired of being the girl with the "pretty"/"gorgeous" face...I wanna have it all. Thats the reason I joined this site. For support and motivation.

it was really nice. I LOVED the expo. it was wayy bigger than the Ironman, obviously, but JAY CUTLER? AGAIN? c'mon man.. Ronnie, Wolf, or Victor Martinez definitely deserved more than they got, especially it being Ronnies Last year. But overall I had fun, hopefully next year the Judges make...

Workout Program:
I mainly stick to 60-75 mins of cardio daily which equals about 5-6 miles a day & a rotation of weight training that mirrors that of my boyfriend/trainer =]

I dont mind. Diet is just clean, low carbs, lots of proteins. I follow the basic bodybuilding diet.

You're a doll! I train abs with weights, get off the ab bench and do some cable crunches!!! People use far too much back for ab exercises.

hey erica, thanks for the pic comment. ur an aspiring lawyer? haha, well, i am one and i hate it. anyway, re the advice...that pic was taken when i was REALLY skinny, like, 7 lbs lighter than i am now. basically i just ate very little and did a bunch of crunches :)
