My fitness goal is to lose an additional 9 lbs & become a fitness model
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to feel sexy and confident in clothes that appeal to me but I have never really had the dedication or drive to get off my butt and take action, but now that has all changed and im taking control of my life, I want to eventually model. People say I have potential, but im tired of being the girl with the "pretty"/"gorgeous" face...I wanna have it all. Thats the reason I joined this site. For support and motivation.
it was really nice. I LOVED the expo. it was wayy bigger than the Ironman, obviously, but JAY CUTLER? AGAIN? c'mon man.. Ronnie, Wolf, or Victor Martinez definitely deserved more than they got, especially it being Ronnies Last year. But overall I had fun, hopefully next year the Judges make...
I mainly stick to 60-75 mins of cardio daily which equals about 5-6 miles a day & a rotation of weight training that mirrors that of my boyfriend/trainer =]
It is the last bit that is always the hardest, and it is hard to have the patience..set up a goal for yourself like a competition, that helps every time!
hey erika! thanks for the comment...i'm sorry i can't give you much advice seeing as i totally took my weight loss the wrong way! my advice is get a good set diet and w/o plan and change will happen! good luck,
Leslie
