What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
Tweaked my neck during a bench press. I couldn't rotate my head for two weeks. I had to completely give up exercising to recover.

Hey ecto-Erik! My weekend went well... 2-day break from weights, but ate well... clean eats until an Indian buffet for dinner last night! So, looks like you're succeeding at getting some muscle on. Quite a feat for an ectomorph! ;) You've got a great goal for the rest of 2008. It'll be quite a challenge, but you can do it!

mainly for mass bro for the pecs i would recommend the Icline bench press and flat DB press bro....big weights give you big muscles!

squats(legs), military presses(shoulders), deadlifts, wide grip chins(back), barbell curls (biceps), dips, machine pushdowns(triceps)bench presses(chest) abs and calves train 2-3 a week.

Thank you so much for the kind words and encouragement. Must say the training is going well, it's the dieting that causes me to struggle. I don't care how bad my muscles ache, just how much my stomach aches for food in the middle of the night - interrupts my beauty sleep!! Hope you're doing well =]
