Overall Goal: I never had the body type to be a bodybuilder but I was always stronger that superman LOL. So I am a powerlifter. I bench over 570 pounds and I can almost rip a phone book in half. I want to be the strongest man in the world LOL

How I Started:
I was very overweight and hated the way I looked. So I was at greenbelt Mall and saw that Golds gym was have a new member deal I signed up, went home got my workout gear and came back to work out.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I get after a workout I used to have bad depression cause I hated the way I looked. Now after getting into bodybuilding I am learnint to love my self. And I love the way people look at me and ask me for workout tips.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking at my old pictures and saying I will never look like this again.
BB Accomplishments:
At one point I used to weight over 350 pounds now I am small in the wast and cute in the face HAHAHAH. The Doc said I would did if I did not do something with my health. At the most I weighted 450 pounds
People asking me do I do bodybuilding when people start asking you that you know your training in working.

Hello my friends since I started out at a powerlifter I do what I call power/bodybuilding. For example my workouts are week one and week two. Week one is powerlifting no more than 4 reps with heavy weight. That builds super strong muscle power. Week two is bodybuilding 12 reps which...

Training is going good.Been busy prepping for this show & had some setbacks along the way.Flu & a 60lb db fell on my foot.But the 37 has the will never let someone else do the work for you.Hell to the no!GMU BABY!!!
