How I Started:
My neighbour gave me some weights he no longer used, a bar and bells and about 30 kilos. I have a decent Home Gym now for someone at my level
Why I Love It:
I am highly motovate by seeing the strength gains, i would never have believed things would move so fast with that. I havent seen any physical differences yet and I am hoping when that starts happening my motivation will rocket
How I Stay Motivated:
Trying to beat my PBs, which i am doing each workout at the minute
BB Accomplishments:
I think my all round strength has increased by about 20% in just a few months, I'm amazed by that achievement
