How I Started:
Well im in the navy and we are notorious for being pretty good drinkers and I got really heavy and had to get in shape so i stopped drinking(cold turkey) and lost 45 lbs or so and started lifting.
Why I Love It:
It gives me confidence, and lets me know I busted my ****in ass to achieve something and thats a great feeling knowin you did something all on ur own with no help.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by looking at old pictures, and reminding myself that its ok to have a good time and have a few beers here and there but not to be satisfied where your at with your body and strive to be better.
BB Accomplishments:
How much weight I have put on the last 3 1/2 years. While decreasing my B/F content at the same time.
Headed out for several fun-filled months underwater. No internet, mail, phones, or any of that other stuff most people take for granted :( Keep up the great progress!
