I am usually in good shape. I did my second marathon last year and hurt my knee. I was out of the gym for about 4 months. I got back into shape. Then got mobilized with the National Guard. Physical Training was not a priority for our training. While in Iraq I realized that I was not in shape at all. I thought I was. But a friend showed me some pics of me and I was shocked.
Why I Love It:
I love to be in shape. I just feel better. I like having the energy to do what I want.
How I Stay Motivated:
I have a squad of guys that are going to the gym daily. I have to keep up with them. Push, I am a leader. I have to set the example.
