Thanks Eric your advice has been VERY helpful. I started this just trying to get back into shape now I am looking at doing atleast two shows over the next year! I really need work on both posing and a routine at this point. Any good suggestions for a newbe? Thanks again my friend!

Thank you for the good advice. The contest that I will be doing is "tested". I made up my mind to do this contest(Ironman Championships) only a week ago. I am going to use it as a tool to learn and my main focus is going to be for next years contest in PA. I would love to compete an all natural contest sometime between Oct of this year and July of next. Any suggestions?
I am on a contest diet currently. Week 3 starting tomorrow. We have a natural contest here in October, looking at it. It all depends on how the diet goes. Will keep you posted. What are your goals? When is your competition? pp
