Thanks for the rep Eric. As you've probably guessed, I'm a grumpy opinionated old dinosaur. I'd say your lifts are all coming up in proportion, which mine sure are not. Great potential. You'll exceed your goals for sure. Best of luck in muscle, and in your life.
Hey man, it went really good. I ran the fastest 40, and did really good in the individual periods. Gotta wait for another week or so before I hear anything.
Actually I used to last year but I'm taking my 11th grade year to cut fat, build muscle and learn kung fu so I can go back 12th grade and hopefully go to state or above for varsity how'd you know?
No I go to a YMCA near lakewood high that way I can go right after school but I'm sure its still the same $20 a month for one person what school do you go to?
Hey man got your email...I don't have that workout handy (I moved about 4 months ago) but high volume is an understatement for that workout...at your age and goals probably wouldn't be suited for your goals in my opinion!!
