When I Started:
Mar, 2008
How I Started:
Looked in the mirror one day and said to myself "Damn you are FAT!!! Time to make some major Changes FATTY. Stop talking about it and be about it!!! There was also this one hot summer day and I was standing in front of the ice cream truck ready to place my order and then the ice cream man BIG WORM came out and took my money and said to me "MY MONEY FAT BOY".........o wait that was from the movie FRIDAY (That was a good movie) . Poor little kid.
Why I Love It:
Its a natural high!!! Plus your body is the only thing that you really have control over! (actually you have control over your characters in a video game but I have never been that good at video games so for me it is my body) It is nice to see the changes that happens to you physically once you challenge your body.
How I Stay Motivated:
I wait for a beautiful girl to get on the treadmill and then I jump on the machine behind her. I trick my mind to think that I am running after her. No matter how fast I run, I still can never catch her! I am heart broken at the end but I did Burn a lot of calories
BB Accomplishments:
I finally moved to the black weights. I also beat all my co workers in Ping Pong, it is really not a bodybuilding accomplishment but whatever, still an accomplishment.

I had man boobs here and a was getting taken advantage of =) Good times.
Lifting while traveling in Vietnam, A lot of the sweat was because it was hot as heck in Vietnam not the workout. But that's what you have to do when you eat from sun rise to sun set there!!!!
Alright a little about myself huh? Ok, well Grew up in San Diego as a FAT Kid (I like to say that I was hefty =) ) I have aways been active in sports so I was always able to keep my weight under control, ok around 210-215 lbs. It wasn't until I finish school and...
I am doing great! My training is going well. Just changed it up last week. I am really feeling the DOMS for two days after. Jan 1 I start preparing for the next contests, March 27 and April 10th.
Eric, what's up! I have been training for the last 3 months building my base before the real training begins in January. I recently joined a local triathlon club and we had our pre-January training meeting last night. This years program looks tough, but should be exactly what I need to come in at my goal time of sub 5 hours. Good luck with your 1/2 ironman in April and keep in touch.
vietnam?! you're looking pretty jacked given your location and apparent challenges. training's going well for me. i recently hit a PR for bf%. my goal is to get to single digits and be rockin' the def like you brother. i'm hoping to run the tday gauntlet by hitting the cabernet harder than the carbs. LOL. when do you get back to the states?
I just find with my journey with belly, I had to trick mine. One week I hit em 3 times, next 2, and next 1, next none. I had to watch what I put in my mouth. As hard as I train I have to do that thing. But you can have a clean diet, train a little or none, and still loose some weight. Calorie deprivation. Your body has to burn fat, not food.
Shoot man, your crazy. Your waist is lean man. I have some loose skin. Not much. Still see my bottom abs though. Juat gota go get it man. Follow your dreams. It was hard man to get this stomach. Thanks though sir.
