How I Started:	While in the U.S. Air Force I started powerlifting and bodybuilding. My first powerlifting meet was in 1991. I started competing in bodybuilding in 1994. In 2007, I competed in my first stronman competition.
Why I Love It:	I love being strong.
How I Stay Motivated:	Training is a part of my life. I will always train. I love the feeling of being strong.
