Obviously, I was deployed and what else is there to do besides workout on a deployment in Kuwait. I fell into a rut for various reasons and decided to climb out of in in shape.
Why I Love It:
I like the compliments I've received, even from guys asking me what supplements I'm using. I like the look on there face when I say nothing. I recently though have begun to use soy protein, I'm lactose intolerant.
How I Stay Motivated:
Mostly it's thinking of when I get back home and all my friends are impressed at the progress I've made. Second and probably most important is not ending up unhealthy later in life. I know now that it's easier to maintain than to rebuild.
BB Accomplishments:
I think my shoulders are probably my biggest asset. I naturally have big shoulders and I think it has helped me build the rest of my upper body quickly.

I want to maintain and tone the muscle I have and lower my body fat percentage from 20% to around 12% or 10%.
Goal (Long):
I plan to do around an hour to an hour and a half of cardio a day. I will through in strength training again when my fingers recover from some tendinitis. Just a tip, doing pull-ups on a 2 x 4 every day for weeks isn't the best for your hands.
