Light weight, lots of reps.  Heavy weight, low reps.  Jog, do sprints....No cardio at all?  Eat a bunch of small meals, cut back on calories.....Shit, this f***ing shit can be overwhelming!  You pick up mens health and you read something different from M&F.

I guess what it comes down...
