I read a lot of fitness magazines. Look at other women that work out and compete.I think its great.

i try a variety of things . have taken Lipo 6 and like it. make sure to take it after you eat and after a week or so it shouldnt make you feel light headed. let me know!

i like the Lipo 6. i suggest taking it with some food and you shouldnt get that dizzy feeling. what are you taking now?
