When I Started: 1991
How I Started: I got started working when i was 16 and over weight. so my father intoduced me to a gym and it when on from there. Now, that i moved away from home. My whole workout kinda went down the drain, evenmore so when i found out i was pregnant. Now thati had my baby girl. I have decided to get back on the wagon and work out again. I had gained 30lbsduring my pregnancy. so i want to get back down to where i was before i even moved from home. which was around 120. Well, it is 7 mths later and im gown to 134. Only a few more pounds to go. I am so proud of myself.
Why I Love It: I love the way it makes me feel afterwards and also the tranformation of your body.
