Review: I have used this 2 days to get ready for a wedding I'm in tomorrow and I plan on using it tomorrow too. I like it bc its natural and haven't had any adverse side affects, but I do drink plenty of water too. I retain water very easily and have never used a water pill before so I don't have anything to compare it to. I am going to use it again while on a cruise in a couple weeks. So ya I dig it!
