Near to whole food I can get. We also use a magic bullet for juice drinks.
In the morning I have a whey shake with oatmeal in it. 30 minutes before workout. Creatine after workout. Hour later 2 eggs lean steak grilled, 1 slice of oatbread no wheat, and a whole food drink. Made from 1/2 a carrot, gogi berry/flaxseed mix, ground chia, cocoa,blue berries, strawberries, peach,apple pear,spinich,rasberries, and a 8 or so almonds. 2 hours later a piece of fruit, and a handfull of almonds. 2 hours later grilled lean steak or chicken grilled, and brown rice. 2 hours later another snack like a protien bar, and almond milk. Then for dinner I repeat the breakfast or lunch. Also a small whey shake no oats before bed so as not to eat muscle while sleeping.
