Well I've been out of the gym for 10 years now, and boy have I changed. I'm just fed up with how I look and feel. I want to transform myself into something that I can be proud of

Well I can finally get back to the gym tomorrow been off due to injury suffered at work, believe me I'm ready, haven't trained, ate whatever I wanted and no supplements, what a set back, from here on in its all out
