I want to lose fat, get a six pack and get ripped.
Goal (Long):
I stopped eating junk back in december and doing alot of cardio and I dropped from about 230 to my current weight of about 180 pounds. My diet was not really that good so I did lose alot of muscle weight, I could feel it when I got back in the weight room about a month ago for the first time in about 4 years
My goal is to go from 180 to about 165 or whatever weight it takes for me to have a six pack. I want to get my lifting maxes back up to how I used to have em. I used to bench about 245 and now im down to like 185 max. My squat and my dead lift has also gone down big time, but I have the will and determination to get back up and beyond those maxes.
