TO SURPASS MY OWN EXPECTATIONS
I am very intense and focused when I am in the gym. I prefer to train alone, with just my ipod to keep me motivated, but I will train with a partner at times. If find that the best workouts are achieved when you train by yourself, without a partner. I like to zone in on my body, and I like to really experience the mind-muscle connection. I can experience a great workout without anyone else around me. I am pretty much a lone wolf when I am training, and that is the way I like to train.
I dedicate myself for those precious minutes, to getting as much pump and blood to the training muscle as I can get. I am there to tear down muscle fibres, that's all I am there for. If I cannot succeed in tearing down muscle fibres, then I will not be successful in growth of larger muscles. I don't mind saying hi to people who wish to acknowledge my presence in the gym, but that's all. I don't like when people try to screw up your workout, and make you lose your body heat by talking too much.
I will workout with people who are as intense or more intense than me, but I haven't met anyone yet, who can match or better my intensity.
I have made substantial gains, and changes in my body in the past year, and this would not have been possible if I didn't put my entire heart, soul, and mind into my training.
I am anticipating that 2013 will see me reach new phenonmenal levels of fitness.
