Bronchitis turned pnemonia
Posted in Training : Mar 13, 2012 11:29amI have been sick well over a month and a half now. How did this happen, i blame my unclean gym (joking kind of ;) It started out as a cold but then saw some signs of infection so went to urgent care for first time in 12 years. I really had it coming I guess, they told me I had bronchitis and gave me antibiotics. I took a week off from working and 3 weeks off from gym.
This 3 weeks was kind of heartbreaking as I was/am enrolled in the bb.com ON transformation contest and was excited about the results I was beginning to see. Well after the 3 weeks I decided even

Posted in Other : Feb 21, 2012 12:32pmI have the plague!!!! Not really but I feel horrible, crazy sinus infection of green and yellow goo... right ear pressure and body aches= me not being a happy camper.
I RARELY get sick thankfully to healthier lifestyle, but notice when I have a lot of stress in my life (like about to move to another state any day, but not knowing exactly when or where) pending on my husbands new job... and taking care of a sick 2 year old (wonder how I got it :) and normal day to day stuff.... I am sick.
I was working out lightly but actually feel worse the last 2 days

Today is the first day of my 6th week of my transformation...I am really trying to build a lot of muscle, and eating and training to doing so for the first 8 weeks. After the 8 weeks I plan on adding some more cardio in and dropping some carbs. This is something I have never done and am feeling good about. I have done a lot of research on this site and seems to be the best way to go for what I want to accomplish.
