Still killing it here. Weight loss has all but stopped. I am not.letting that phase me. It will be what it is. I have found my groove and know that if i stay the course, good things will happen.

Good evening fit fam. It was shoulders, traps and abs today on the Monday gym ticket. Mostly supersets. Did: 4 sets of seated barbell Military Press (done on a Smith Machine), 4 sets of machine lateral raises, 4 sets of barbell shrugs, 4 sets of face pulls, 4 sets of monkey rows, 100 weighted bench crunches, 100 weighted cable crunches, 100 weighted side crunches, 100 lying leg raises and one 55 second dragon flag hold. Happy numbers for today were: 105 lbs x 10 on the seated (Smith Machine) Military press and 210 x 10 on the shrugs. Hope that everyone had a great day. Always great to put a Monday in the rearview!
