When I Started: Oct, 2003
How I Started: I used to watch pro wrestling, and I admired the heroic physiques. I was also jealous of A.C. Slater's size in Saved By The Bell haha. Then, in middle school, I first saw some of my peers and friends starting to really change or mature their physiques, and this was the first realization that your body could truly change and that you weren't stuck with what you have. From there, it was a gradual climb from my first 40lb dumbbell set to spending hundreds of hours in the gym under thousands of pounds of iron. (and slaving over a hot stove!)
Why I Love It: It makes you feel good, look good, and requires immense discipline.
How I Stay Motivated: Seeing imperfections and people with more aesthetic physiques. On a smaller scale, I may watch bodybuilding videos or Pumping Iron, read some training articles/books to consider new techniques, seek guidance from a more experiencd fitness enthusiast/physique competitor, or just try to relax and remember why I've come this far to begin with.
BB Accomplishments: Helping my 5'8" 273lb obese friend get into this lifestyle and drop nearly 100lbs.

yeah, once i recover fully and can lift again i am going to spend a lot more time on triceps seeing as how theyre 2/3 of your arm. Once i add significant mass to them i kno ill get the arms i want

Great job so far building a solidly muscled and defined body. Good shoulders, solid delts and arms, good chest/pecs, solid abs. Back getting quite thick, ripped and wide. Nice V taper on the way. Continued success. André
