How I Started:
I started noticing the world of working out in middle school, and around 9th or 10th grade I really got into it and started going to a couple local gyms.
Why I Love It:
I love working out simply do to the personal satisfaction that follows a good workout. Seeing results and feeling my muscles pump up and burn is enough in itself to keep me in love.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by watching MMA/UFC, watching these guys that are ripped and bulked up tearing eachother apart makes me want to get right back the gym and throw up some weight.
BB Accomplishments:
I havent yet achieved any major goals for myself, I basically just lift for the fun of it and never really kept goals for myself, but if I must name one, it would be that about 6 months ago I weighed 160 lbs and wanted to get up to about 185 lbs, and I am now steadly at 170, so 10 lbs isnt a bad gain I guess. I have also been going to college to be a Personal Trainer, and so far I am 1 yr into it.

Goal (Long):
I am at a steady weight of 170 lbs and my goal is to bump up to 185 lbs by next year through unleashing some viscious workouts 3 or 4 times per week and creating a healthier diet as well. As I am increasing my overall mass I would also like to shred away the overlaying fat accross my muscles leaving a ripped and sculpted finish.

Well you are doing great man. I was out of it for a week, went on a trip and got side tracked but today was my first day back at the weights, felt great!
