How I Started:
A desire to better myself physically finally turned into reality with my deployment. My husband and I just wanted to be healthier and have something we could share together.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing a new muscle develop and I love feeling like I have accomplished something after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at profiles on bodyspace and realize that I can look like that too. I also love the look my husband gives me when I get back from the gym!

So when I got on bb.com this morning, I read about Sara's 12wk challenge and figured it was better than what I have been doing which is basically jumping from one routine to the next to see what feels best.  I decided to give this a try and hopefully I can stick to it.  It will be more about...

Oh terrific... I did some sprint tri's a couple of years back... they are so much fun!! Keep eating girl...your body obviously needs it. Sounds like you have your metabolism hoppin'! Way to go!!
