How I Started:
A desire to better myself physically finally turned into reality with my deployment. My husband and I just wanted to be healthier and have something we could share together.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing a new muscle develop and I love feeling like I have accomplished something after a workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I look at profiles on bodyspace and realize that I can look like that too. I also love the look my husband gives me when I get back from the gym!
I want to personify a clean eating lifestyle and be healthy on the inside and out. I want to be proud of my body and I want to be my husband's trophy wife! Biggest Dream/Goal: Be in a fitness magazine!!
So when I got on bb.com this morning, I read about Sara's 12wk challenge and figured it was better than what I have been doing which is basically jumping from one routine to the next to see what feels best. I decided to give this a try and hopefully I can stick to it. It will be more about...
