Wanted to change my life, decided to put my foot down & lose some flab while doing light weight training summer 07. Gained a lot of muscle within months, decided to switch over to 100% bulking September. Cutting since 08.. back to bulking fall 08.
Why I Love It:
Clears your mind of anything nagging at your soul, Testosterone rush, People thinking twice before the f*** around with your temper.
How I Stay Motivated:
Looking in the mirror and wanting more results! Seeing results, reading about bodybuilding, and looking at the pro's.
BB Accomplishments:
Starting out at the gym as one of the weakest people there, now I'm one of the strongest. Also being accused of using steroids.

Man on you BB Accomplishments you wrote you've been accused on using them... i know it's funny. Man i've been training for almost five years now, more intense on the last two... i was a little lazy before that...
For the lower abs i would say hanging and rising your legs is the best.
