I have always loved working out in the weight room... I began to discover my passion for it while I was on the track team in high school. I never really persued it however, until this past year. I began reading about figure and fitness competitors in 2006, did a lot of research and decided that this was something I wanted to persue.
Why I Love It:
I love it because I can feel my body and health improving with each weight I lift. It's an awesome natural high!! My goal is to improve with each weight lifting session. I love lifting weights because you can never stop making goals for yourself and you're always being challenged.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by thinking about how great I feel as soon as I step foot in the gym and how great I feel while I'm working out. Yeah, sometimes it's tough, but I love working through it knowing that I am accomplishing something.

What type of nutrition plan are you currently following? Give full details.
I have entirely eliminated sugar, bread, grains, and flour from my diet...with an occasional splurge here and there:) I eat only....vegetables, protein, Greek yogurt, berries, nuts, and LOTS of CHEESE!!! I only drink water and tea and Protein shakes made from the Greek Yogurt. I have eliminated the previous after doing plenty of research as to how bad these foods/ingredients can be for an individual. I feel great after a year of doing this. Why I like this video: I like this video because it shows a good example of what the FEM Camp is like and afterward it gives a good explanation of why someone should superset in their exercises as well as talking about each individual exercise and what muscle group it specifically works.

Why I like this video: This is a good example of what it takes to be a successful figure competitor. I learned some tips on what I need to do in order to be successful in my lifting goals as well. BTW...she wins!!!

OMG...that is the sweetest thing that anyone has ever said to me on here! I appreciate that! That motivates me to keep doing the videos! Wait till you see the new video...LOL...I even show my back fat that I am getting. LOL I have to eat CLEAN after my surgery tomorrow...no more feeling sorry for myself.
