I had an excellent leg workout last night.  I pushed myself so hard that I thought I was going to throw up.  Now hopefully my legs respond and grow as I keep feeding them the proper nutrition.  My legs are way behind my upper body due to a knee injury I sustained in September but I won't...

Looks like you've made some great progress these past few month. Good luck with getting that 325 lb bench - I bet it won't be long before you need to move that goal up to 350!
